We hope that this recordng will be a valuable and enjoyable reference for those who wish to wath, learn, teach or otherwise promote this most enjoyable aspect of our Irish cultural heritage.
This first presentation, inspired by numerous requests from dancing friends everywhere for such a resource, includes some of the most poulr sets we have learned and danced over the years.
The dances and the steps rerequired to dance them, are presented in a familiar, relaxed teaching format which has proved successful and enjoyable for all of us.
We hope you enjoy learning and dancing the sets as much as we have and we look forward to meeting you at a Céilí somewhere.
The music is played by the Heather Breeze Céilí Band, one of our most popular and successful traditional Irish Dance Bands. They have lso made a number of excellent recordings for Set Dancing.
