How much is delivery?

We use GLS as our selected courier. Postage costs €5.25 anywhere in Ireland providing the combined order weight is under 30kg!

Free Pick up Service

The majority of products in our store are available to pickup for free in store. If available, you will be able to select 'Pick up' from the shipping options in the checkout.

When can I expect my delivery?

Orders are dispatched within 3-5 working days when all items on your order are in stock. If you place an order and we are waiting for an item to come back in stock, your order may be delayed. If this happens, we will get in touch to notify you as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that we are not able to complete your order for whatever reason, we will notify you as soon as possible to issue a refund or an alternative option.

Once we have all the items in your order, it will be packed and dispatched. If it has been delayed for any reason, you will then receive an email from info@salmonsonlinestore.com to update you on the status of your order.

How will I receive my order?

We send all orders via our GLS courier and aim to have your order delivered to you within 2 - 3 days of dispatch. We cannot guarantee this time frame if there are courier delays beyond our control.

Returns and Refund Policy

We aim to keep all product images and descriptions on our Website as accurate as possible, however, due to updates on packaging and design, some items may vary slightly on delivery. If you are not happy with what you have received, please contact us at info@salmonsonlinestore.com

You can request a refund or exchange in the case of faults or damage on your order within 7 days of the date of receipt of the product(s). Please email info@salmonsonlinestore.com with your order number, description and clear photograph of the damaged goods, and we will investigate this error for you. As stated above, we do not take responsibility for customer generated mistakes. If you choose to receive a refund, we will refund you the total amount you paid for the product(s) plus any delivery charges you may have paid, within 28 days of the day on which you provide us with evidence that the product(s) are faulty.

NB: Please note the cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer unless we are at fault.
