The licensed Willys Jeep with trailer has been released as an advanced 1:12 scale model and fits perfectly with the celebration of the 80th anniversary of the Allied landing in Normandy! The world’s most famous off-road vehicle and trailer have been carefully designed using COBI construction blocks and are made up of 1,580 elements. When built together with the trailer, the model is 45 cm long!
Especially for this set, completely new elements have been created with details that reflect the appearance of the historical vehicle. The large Willys MB block model features a characteristic grille and hood, realistic rotating wheels, a working steering wheel, interior details, and a reproduced engine. The brick-built car is equipped with a heavy machine gun and accessories that can be placed in the trailer. The wheels with rubber tires turn and rotate, and the vehicle can be moved during play.
The blocks feature high-quality prints with historical markings of a vehicle that served in the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne Division. COBI owns a historical 1944 vehicle painted exactly in the same way, which was used as the model for this wonderful collector’s set!
